Returns Policy

1. Refund is NOT supported.

The case of the defective product is excluded.

2. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days.

The product should be in excellent condition, not used or worn.

3. In case the customer does not want to buy anything after returning his product. He is given the option of credit. Which he can use it in 1st year.

Credit is not supported on discounted products.

4. Discount products do not support change.

5. Returns have a customer charge of 4 euros, and the door-to-door courier we work with must be used. If another company is used, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Changes for countries outside of Greece, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
