This Iranian Shield is the perfect training tool for quick kicks or spin kicks. The curved surface allows for multiple positions while the three handles on the back allow for a firm hold.

Made of durable PU, slightly curved for better handling and greater comfort, and with rounded corners for greater ergonomics. The interior is made of high-compression EVA foam for maximum force impact.
