This small training tool is densely padded to absorb hard punches, knees, kicks and elbows and improve reflexes. Designed to mimic the human head, the grips allow the wielder to position himself in multiple tight angles, requiring quick and precise strikes.

Strong canvas material makes it durable and while it is available full, the filling can be changed thanks to the opening at the back with a zip and self-adhesive Velcro connection.
