It is recommended to start practice using the lighter ball and later switch to the heavier one. Use with caution, not hitting the balls with too much force until you have good knowledge and handling, as they could spin back towards the face. It can be used indoors and outdoors, allowing you to train at any time and place, as it is very light and takes up little space, making it easy to carry and store.
